2026-2027 Out-of-School Time Extended Learning Opportunities Funded Cohort Announced
Congratulations to the following lead and partner agencies selected for funding in the 2026–2027 Out-of-School Time (OST) Extended Learning Opportunities (ELO) funding consortium, made possible through the support of Cuyahoga County’s Family and Children First Council.
Each neighborhood consortium brings together a strong network of community-based organizations dedicated to advancing high-quality out-of-school time programming and expanding opportunities for youth and families across Cuyahoga County.
All funded lead and partner agencies will receive comprehensive support from Starting Point’s Out-of-School Time team, including funding, technical assistance, data and compliance guidance, and business and organizational development support to strengthen program quality and expand impact for youth and families.
