In this training you will learn what an anecdotal note is, how to write anecdotal notes, and how to align your notes to the standards.

To register for this training:

1. Copy the ST #located below.
2. Click the register button which will take you to OCCRRA’s website.
3. Log into Ohio’s Professional Registry using your OPIN number and password.
4. Click the “Training Search” located at the bottom left side of the page in the dark blue menu area.
5. Paste the ST# at the top of the page in search bar.
6. Click “Add to Cart”
7. Click “view cart” 
8. Click “Checkout”
