Identify the impact COVID 19 had and continues to have on young children’s development. Understand the effect isolation had on families’ mental health and the Early Learning Community. Help participants work to lessen the impact on young children and help children get back on their developmental track. Be able to identify when we need to bring in professionals for diagnosis and professional guidance.
