This interactive 90-minute workshop introduces the G.L.U.E. Employee framework—Grow Others, Lead with Empathy, Unify Purpose, and Empower Continuously. Participants will explore how “glue employees” strengthen OST teams, elevate program culture, and improve youth outcomes by modeling connection-centered leadership. Through reflection, real-world scenarios, and hands-on collaboration, attendees will identify their own GLUE strengths and learn practical strategies to build more cohesive, positive, and mission-aligned teams.
