Staff turnover and transition events have been found to have a negative impact children, families, and staff members. This impact can create added stress which may lead to more turnover and interfere with program goals. In this second module of the Seeking Stability in the ECE and Afterschool Workforce series, participants will examine the implications of turnover and identify ways to integrate new staff into their program to create a more stable work and learning environment.
