This practical training is designed to help leaders strengthen their programs by improving operational systems and clarifying staff roles and responsibilities. Participants will explore strategies to build a more effective organizational structure, increase accountability, and ensure that day-to-day operations align with program goals. Through guided planning, attendees will also develop a focused 90-day action plan to support sustainability, drive progress, and create lasting impact within their organizations.
