Participants will explore practical strategies for creating mutually beneficial collaborations that support shared goals while expanding opportunities for youth and families. Through real-world examples and guided reflection, attendees will learn how to leverage community partnerships to enhance programs, increase available resources, and create stronger, more connected support systems.
