Leading with Mission, Vision, and Organizational Identity

This session is only for members of Leadership in OST: Strengthening Business Practices, a closed training cohort.

This session focuses on aligning leadership decisions with the organization’s mission and vision to ensure purposeful and consistent direction. Participants will explore strategies to strengthen their influence during times of change while maintaining clarity and confidence in their leadership approach. Emphasis will also be placed on ensuring that staff roles and responsibilities are intentionally connected to and supportive of the organization’s overall purpose.
