Ages & Stages Questionnaires®, Third Edition (ASQ-3™) pinpoints developmental progress in children between the ages of one month to 5 ½ years. Evidence shows that the earlier development is assessed—the greater the chance a child has to reach his or her potential. Participants will be shown how to use the online tool as UPK programs will enter these assessments into the online ASQ system!

To register for this virtual training:

1. Copy the ST #located below.
2. Click the “Read More” button below, which will take you to OCCRRA’s website.
3. Log into Ohio’s Professional Registry using your OPIN number and password.
4. Click the “Training Search” located at the bottom left side of the page in the dark blue menu area.
5. Paste the ST# at the top of the page in search bar.
6. Click “Add to Cart”
7. Click “view cart” 
8. Click “Checkout”
