This session introduces program leaders to the strategic use of artificial intelligence (AI) in youth development. Rather than replacing human connection, AI can be used to support systems that improve care, reduce burnout, and enhance outcomes. Attendees will explore how to use AI for content creation, administrative efficiency, behavioral tracking, and student engagement—while preserving ethics and trauma-informed care.
