Our gathering this year centers on caring for early educators—recognizing the energy, compassion, and commitment poured into students every day. Through connection, reflection, and appreciation, we focus on filling the well—restoring energy, renewing purpose, and sustaining the passion that supports meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.
