Out-of-School Time Extended Learning Opportunities Grant RFP

On behalf of the Family and Children First Council of Cuyahoga County, Starting Point, the Out-of-School Time Intermediary for Cuyahoga County, is now soliciting proposals to provide the OST ELO during January 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027.
Application Opens
Completed proposals will be received beginning October 27, 2025.
