The Vice President (VP) of Provider Services will lead Starting Point’s Provider Services Department, overseeing and integrating the organization’s work to improve the quality and availability of early child care and education and out-of-school time programs. The Provider Services Department includes Starting Point’s Quality Enhancement Program, Prevention and Inclusion Programs, Family Child Care Homes Program, and Out-of-School Time Program. The position will be a key part of the senior management team that drives the operations of the organization and will represent Starting Point on a local, regional, and national basis. The VP of Provider Services will initially develop deep knowledge of each project, program operations, and business plan, and will focus on the following three areas: program leadership and management, knowledge management, and external relationships.

Starting Point is looking for a creative, energetic individual for a new role, Family and Community Support Coordinator. This individual will implement activities to recruit and engage with foster/adoptive caregivers and provide ongoing support to providers and families navigating foster/adoptive and kinship care programs.

The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

The Family Resource Navigator delivers “front door” services to families and community partners seeking information and referrals for early childhood and youth programming by providing referrals and guidance to available options, quality indicators, and linking families to appropriate community partners and social service agencies. The Community Resource Navigator supports and maintains Starting Point’s comprehensive database of child care and early learning programming for service delivery area, consisting of Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Lake Counties.

The Scholarship Enrollment Specialist has responsibility for enrollment and outreach of the City of Cleveland Scholarship Fund, including outreach, enrollment, monitoring, reporting results, and coordinating the provision of services to children and families from the city of Cleveland.
