The Career Development Coordinator will create, implement, and expand career development programming for early childhood education center-based programs and family child care home providers.  Reporting to the Director of Quality Enhancement, the coordinator will be responsible for outreach, career planning, mentoring, and other supportive consultation to ensure a sustained and growing workforce for the early child care sector.

Provide project management and coordination for Starting Point’s literacy services across the service area. This role will build and strengthen strategic relationships with government and non-profit organizations, child care programs, and other stakeholders and will support key projects to promote literacy for children. Reporting to the Director of Provider Initiatives, the Coordinator for Literacy Program Partnerships will engage stakeholders across the organization and community and provide exemplary project leadership.

This individual brings experience, knowledge, and operational excellence in delivering and executing the strategy, operating model, product and service offerings, and managing the workforce. This senior role within IT is accountable for IT infrastructure, operations and support throughout the organization

The Director of Marketing and Communications will set and guide the strategy for all communications, website, and public relations messages and collateral to consistently articulate Starting Point’s mission and services. The individual in this role will ensure that Starting Point is viewed as the primary source, disseminator, and conduit of information about child care, preschool, and out-of-school time services, plays a major role in recruiting foster parents, and provides resources for families and the community on child development. This role reports to the Executive Vice President, supervises the Manager of Communications, and will work closely with the CEO on the development of communications and brand. The Director of Marketing and Communications will also work in close partnership with the Family and Community Engagement Team.

Provide leadership and oversight to Starting Point’s work as Cuyahoga County’s Out-of-School Time work, which includes being the Systems Lead Agency in the MyCom Initiative. This role will co-lead the organization’s work to manage a comprehensive out-of-school time system, which includes: ensuring the provision of training and technical assistance to direct service providers, developing foundational asynchronous training content for new professionals in the OST field, manage contracts and network stakeholders, and engage with the broader community to identify ongoing learning opportunities for the organization. The Manager of Training, OST will report to the Vice President of Provider Services.

The Provider Services Program Assistant will complete administrative tasks required to successfully implement programming at Starting Point.  Reporting to the Director of Quality Enhancement with input and additional supervision by the Vice President of Provider Services, the program assistant will be responsible for data entry, maintenance, and reporting; communications and reception support; scheduling; and tracking expenses.
