Chair: Erin Deimling
Erin Deimling is a Senior Vice President and Director of Client and Community Relations at PNC Bank. In this role, she develops and implements charitable giving, sponsorships, and local branding strategies as well as employee engagement initiatives for the Cleveland Market. This includes local leadership of PNC Grow Up Great, a $500 million, multi-year initiative that helps better prepare underserved preschool children for success in school and life.

Aubrey Markota
Aubrey Markota is a Tax Managing Director at Deloitte where she assists clients with tax planning and compliance. She is a licensed CPA by the state of Ohio.
Adam Munson
Adam Munson is Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc.
Amy Willey
Amy Willey is a Member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group at McDonald Hopkins and serves as general outside counsel for companies with the dual objectives of profit and purpose. She is a new mom to twins and enjoys spending time with her twin boys and husband.
Susannah Muskovitz, Esq.
Susannah Muskovitz is a retired union-side labor lawyer and a parent of three grown children. She understands the need to ensure quality childcare and out-of-school time programs are accessible to all working parents. She is proud to be a member of the Starting Point Board, which is critical in connecting families with these options.
Sara Steines Newstead, MPP
Sara Newstead is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Genesis Health Consulting, a national firm specializing in strategies, program development, and policies that systemically improve the health and well-being of kids, families, and communities.
Jessica Robins
Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, where she studied Psychology and History of Art, and she has a Master of Science in Education from Bank Street College of Education. After working in education for 18 years in public and independent schools as both teacher and administrator, Jessica is now the Director of Early Childhood Excellence at the Jewish Education Center.
Isabel Stovsky, MSSA, LISW
Isabel is a psychotherapist specializing in perinatal mental health, she draws on her background in education and experience as a family therapist in community mental health to support clients navigating the transition to parenthood. She lives with her husband, son, and dog, Cleo, and now works in private practice offering compassionate, personalized care.
Kathryn Hexter
Kathryn Hexter is an urban planner and public policy analyst. Before retiring in 2017, she directed the Center for Community Planning and Development at the Levin College of Urban Affairs, Cleveland State University where she focused her policy research on affordable housing, sustainable community and neighborhood development and civic engagement.
Steven M. Lake, EdD
Steven M. Lake, EdD, is a nonprofit leader, philanthropic strategist, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience advancing equity through education, youth development, and organizational capacity-building. As Founder and Principal of Vanguard Strategy, he partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen their impact through strategic planning, board development, and resource alignment. Dr. Lake also serves on the boards of PolicyBridge and the Near West Intergenerational School. Dr. Lake’s work is grounded in a deep commitment to inclusive leadership and a belief in the transformative power of community collaboration.
Ali Trotter
Ali Trotter, LISW-S, MSSA Master’s degree in Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve University and is the Associate Director of Bellefaire JCB.
Ali began her career at Bellefaire JCB in 1994 as a clinical social worker has been in administration since 1996, overseeing community based programs which include early childhood services.
